Just donwload this template from the Unlimited Library and customise to however you want or need. Then, download it as a PDF and print it off. Cut around the edges, fold across the lines and glue the back into place, leaving the top open to place your seeds in once the glue is dry. 

Then, add any seeds you have saved from your fruit or ones you have bought too if you like, to the pouch and glue the lid closed. Your little gift of life os now ready for giving!
