This is my Terms and Conditions page and I know you are all incredible humans and most of this is pretty well understood by all of you, but as a formality and just incase you need any further clarity on something, these are my Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions will be updated as needed on here and refer to anything created by me and on my website, so please be sure to keep up to date with any changes. Please know, that by using and checking out my website (www.missgibbs.com) you are agreeing to comply with and adhere to all of the Terms and Conditions that outline your relationship with 'Miss Gibbs' and of course, if you disagree with any of these, it is your responsibility to not use this service or forgo your opportunity to freely access it.

Please know that my website and the content I create is based on my own experiences, opinions, and what I have been taught, and does not represent all First Nations peoples or Communities. Connecting with your local First Nations Community is always the most respectful way for you to embed First Nations content specific to your area.

Resources

Dos:

Use all products created by Miss Gibbs within your classroom or for your personal / classroom use
Share FREE resources with family, friends, work colleagues, or other acquaintances , by providing them with a link to www.missgibbs.com where they can become a member themselves, either free or paid and then download the resources they need.
Create copies for the use of homework or class work for your students.
Use these resources as a part of a unit of work, provided that professional credit is given to 'Miss Gibbs'.
Use resources for Home Schooling.
Editable resources are used as originally indicated and created without alteration or changes made without prior permission.
Use my editable teaching resources to employ and work with First Nations Elders and Community from your area to respectfully embed First Nations perspectives into your teaching.
Ensure any and all First Nations Elders and Community are paid and credited for any and all contributions made to creating respectful First Nations classroom resources.
Ensure all persons and contributors involved in the creation of your classroom resources are paid and credited for their time, knowledges and contributions.

Don'ts:

Resell my files / templates / resources as your own work.
Claim the logo or any artwork within this file as your own.
Use any of the First Nations art in this resource to create replica or ‘inspired" Aboriginal or First Nations artworks for yourself or with your students or children.
Alter or change this file / template or logo in any way with the intent of reselling or benefiting in any form from the resource by claiming the work and resource as your own.
Remove watermarks or logos from the product with the intent of reselling or benefiting from this resource as claiming it as your own.
Duplicate the original resource and share with friends, family, work colleges or other acquaintances, as this is for file is purchased for a SINGLE USER ONLY .
Copy or replicate the idea, or layout of this or any 'Miss Gibbs' resources with the intent of reselling or benefiting in any form from the resource as claiming it as your own.
Use any artists artwork, without payment or permission to create your own resources.
Acquire this resource by use of any of the means listed above.

Please understand that due to differences in screens, monitors and other lighting the colours in resources can appear different to some photographs or on different devices. This is the nature of digital resources and is at no fault to 'Miss Gibbs' and therefore will not be held liable for any loss or misfortune from distortions in 'colour or errors' in resources.

Subscription (Single user only)

Must be 18 year or older to sign up.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available.
Payment must be fulfilled, if not we reserve the right to cancel membership.
Transactions or memberships of misleading or fraudulent nature will be canceled.
Bills are recurring and will occur on a yearly basis.
One person access / licence only.
Sharing logins and passwords is forbidden.
'Miss Gibbs' resources and templates cannot be shared.
Payments are made via credit or debit card.
All billing information supplied, authorises 'Miss Gibbs' to charge bills to this account.
Price changes can be changed at anytime and will be enforced at the beginning of the new billing cycle (if you cancel your subscription, when you create the new subscription the price will default to the current pricing, not the one you were originally grandfathered in at).
All website content, templates and printables are copyright and the intellectual property of 'Miss Gibbs'; no part can be reproduced, recorded, copied, scanned, photographed, stored in a retrieval system, adjusted, copied, or transmitted to sell, for your benefit or in any form or by any means without prior written permission.
All subscribers must adhere to Terms & Conditions.
